Saturday, November 6, 2010 - I have to say that I have NEVER had a wine that smelled more like a fresh baked baguette than this at the first opening. Wonderfully complex nose and palate with brisk acidity and bright fruits. This really should be something special in another 5-10 years...but right now it's just not living up to it's potential.
