Wednesday, July 30, 2014 - Dinner with Friends (Sun Wah BBQ - Chicago, IL): This was a delicious bottle with lots of great savory character. Didn't necessarily have the tension that I'm fond of, but the flavors were on point. Not much toasty, doughy, notes, but lots of great lemons, apples, peaches all with a hint of salinity.
