Saturday, September 24, 2016 - Nose: gorgeous blackberry, leather, cedar and dried cherry notes. Layered nose that was more modern but screamed pessac. Palate: enters with juicy blackberry and black cherry notes, nuances of Cedar, leather, smoke. Midpalate begins to show mineralogy and a coffee note. Finish: lots of length with slight lyrics roasted fruit notes and a bit of heat, but overall a detailed lingering finish.
