Thursday, September 8, 2011 - Violet color. Interesting nose of barnyard, cedar, menthol and developing dark fruit. Palate showed red cherry and ripe blueberry with pleasant acidity accented by mineral and spice box components. Long finish. The journey from nose to finish was perfectly orchestrated. A wow wine worthy of an unapologetic 97 rating.
