Saturday, December 10, 2011 - Dark chocolate and raspberry liquer on the nose with black pepper. This is a deep, powerful, muscular wine. Chocolate, plums, gripping tannins, with raspberries and a touch of violets emerging on the finish. Somewhat flabby texture. Very smooth. Drunk with Stash in Houston.
