Saturday, July 14, 2012 - will be hard to explain, this wine is like to be a soothsayer ( by the way, i ´m not one of those ). today i think its not even close to be drinkable, at least ten more years, acidity takes it all. you can feel the flavors the wine will have some day, but, for only half a second, after that your tongue begin to twist like when you put lemon on an living snail. ( i now is weird but i will buy more, not wait only 10, but 20 years to really see if the wine experts are right or not )
