Saturday, August 30, 2008 - Drank in celebration of sending Teardrop 5.13a in American Fork.

Rich dark purple color. Very aromatic and much more expressive than I expected from such a young wine. Dark fruit and casssis, tarragon with a spray of perfume, complex, with a beautiful balance of acidity, fruit wrapped in a silky shear of tannin. The wine glides across the palate with a lively finish. I look forward to the next 14 bottles.
