Friday, August 21, 2015 - Uncorked six hours in advance but seems not really necessary as its' like a blossom garden upon opening. A lot of residual, thus double-decant should be a good idea but then need to consume it quite. It's from a shoulder vintage which rendered into a elegant and feminine Grange. It didn't have the powerful punch from Shiraz but in fact more Hill of Grace-alike gem. Soft and gentle red fruits with ample acidity. A lovely bottle.
