Friday, June 20, 2008 - rich purple color, mocha-coffee oak (subsiding after time in decanter), red fruits w/ merlot character, apple blossom, sour plum. Firm, woody tannins. Given a little more time in the cellar, and a little more time to breathe before drinking may show bettter.
