Friday, January 29, 2016 - A rather reticent nose of blackberries, black pepper and smoke. On the palate, the wine turns up the volume to eleven. Concentrated red and blue fruits, supported by secondary flavors of pimentón and herbs coat every tastebud in a luscious envelope. Low acid and very fine tannins. The whopping 15% alcohol is completely unobtrusive. Perfect balance of fruit and spice. Delicious!
