Friday, June 17, 2016 - First bottle in three years. Decanted for about an hour and a half at this point. Green pepper, licorice, fruit liqueur, and nice minerality. This is probably in its prime drinking window now. Tannins are supple and balanced by acidity. It really tastes like there is more CS in the blend than advertised. Easily 92. Hopefully, I can hang onto a couple of bottles for 5-8 years to see this develop further.
