Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Medium amber color. Nice nose of nuts and gasoline, which is actually far better than it sounds. Medium to full bodied on the palate, not tart. Earthy flavors reminiscent of champagne. Finishes with yeast and dried apricots. Very nice and quite distinctive. Lots of flavor.
