Saturday, November 21, 2015 - Tasted at the winery. Yeast and toast on the nose. Soft fruit at first, but quite dry. Picks up RS as it approachs the finish. Nice balance between fruit and acidity through the middle. Overall, perhaps a bit lighter than I was expecting and not quite as complex.
