Friday, June 26, 2015 - Rich gold in the glass. Red apple, white flower honey on the nose. Very rich mouthfeel. Honeyed apple and hint of mineral on the palate. Acidity is a bit low -- probably due to age -- but definitely not flabby. Spicy food is its friend.
