90 Points

Tuesday, February 26, 2013 - The bottle showed signs of leakage under the capsule, so we seized on that flimsy excuse to pop this open on a Tuesday evening to accompany a stir fry. Truly infanticide. Despite a very wet cork, the wine showed no damage whatsoever. Pale gold, with a pleasant nose of light petrol and flowers. Slightly petillant, with substantial tropical fruit sweetness offset by just enough acidity and minerality to keep it from being cloying. Long, lingering finish. My sense is that this is just coming into its own and although this wine isn't likely to ever be mindblowing, it should continue to improve for many more years.
