Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Deep dark, red rimmed, aging well, These 2005 Bordeaux Merlots based wines are just hitting there drinkability. Dark Cherry, dark fruit, tannins easing up and acid is in good balance. I would drink another bottle if I had one. it will improve over the next 6 - 8 years. 05 was a good year for Bordeaux.
