Friday, January 31, 2014 - Burg Dinner with Friends...and LaTache (RPM Italian - Chicago IL): Good color and fill, cork was 1/2 cm depressed and fell into the bottle in the course of attempting its removal. Sensational aromas of sweet baking spice with lingering red fruit just behind well cooked mushrooms. Very pristine flavors were surprisingly fresh for the vintage, with forest/mushroom character slightly more prominent vs remaining fruit, all with classically Vosne spice. Staying very good for several hours.
