Sunday, January 31, 2016 - Dark red, aromas of raspberries and cherries. Definite hint of straw in the flavor profile. Nice finish, with soft tannins that give it with both structure and balance. Argentina Malbec grapes, the wine created at Caymus in Napa, totally different from any Malbec we have ever experienced. Hard to get our heads around this one!
