Thursday, December 3, 2009 - 2000 Bordeaux _ A chance to check in on them (Vic's): A disappointing showing for this bottle. The nose showed dust and tobacco but not much fruit. It seemed a bit soft and while quite tight, seemed to have tight layers. Charries and black raspberries on the palate. Started to open and come together after two hours. Five more years I guess.
