Thursday, April 3, 2014 - I have had this five or 6 times and has improved steadily. Decanted for 2 hours and paired with grilled lamb chops. Red cerry, ripe figs mixed with wet stone and tar on the nose. Balanced with tart cherry, anise and a hint of vanilla on the palate. Sill grippy tannins. Drinking great now with a good decant but should continue to develop nicely over the next several years.
