Thursday, January 29, 2015 - Bordeaux 2005 : Ten years on (Bordeaux Index London): Left Bank wine of the vintage, based on this tasting. This is quite amazing as it combines elegance and grace and subtle power. So much dry extract. Really impressive. Larger palate, when compared to Mouton and more grace when compared to Latour. This is really biting into a lead pencil as well - very Cabernet driven with a long, long finish.
