Monday, July 13, 2015 - Enjoyed over about 4 hours.

The initial notes were dominated by mushroom and then after an hour the Graves minerality took over. The wine didn't really come together until the 3 hour mark where cassis and blueberry joined the Graves minerality, with hints of new leather. A really nice wine with great richness and mouthfeel to go along with silky tannins.
