Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Had with lamb. We like Corison because the wine goes well with food (no overpowering fruit or to much alcohol). This bottle had enough tannin to go a few more years, but it was excellent today. We put the wine in a decanter for about an hour, I would suggest another hour as it definitely opened up more as time went on.
