Friday, May 12, 2006 - My first foray into Raveneau - or any chablis - for a while. Hard to know what to make of this one. Odd flavors, not spoiled in any way; rocky of course, but no fruit base at all. Not a good match for lemon/thyme roastted chicken, but I'm not sure what to pair this with.
