Thursday, May 26, 2011 - Sweet and inviting with a characteristic floral nose. Somehow this wine hasn't yet closed down. Medium bodied and redder fruit (in a way like a dark pinot) than dark extracted fruit like in Lascombes or Malescot but nicely concentrated still. Not particularly complex but well balanced. Finishes a little astingent but with ample acidity.
