Sunday, December 9, 2012 - Much more of what I was expecting from this wine. Rich, lush fruit with a heady nose. Where the last bottle was restrained, the fruit in this bottle was almost amped up. Just a bit of heat on the very long finish. Decanted and poured, unlike the last bottle which had a six-hour decant. The shorter decant may have been the trick. All good...except for the price. Still not sure it is worth it compared to some other options at half the price.
