Saturday, September 22, 2012 - This started out quite tight but after double decanting for 4 to 5 hours it opened beautifully. The pretty red fruit, sous bois and earth started out rather delicate but then picked up some muscle and depth while stoll retaining a feminine character. All-in-all, quite nice
