Monday, August 6, 2012 - Better than last bottle. Nose of buttered toast, pear purée, lemon curd and ever so slightly floral. Medium acidity, body and alcohol. Good length. Quite enjoyable between cellar and room temperature; a slightly smoky vanilla toast quality really comes through. Bottle variation is an issue -- as such, I'm going to drink the rest of what I have through 2016.
