Sunday, December 2, 2007 - Pretty saturated cork, but still a decent pop to the extraction. Immature color belied by the nose. Rather watery. With two hours of air time, the wine took on color, and a ton of weight, resembling a village level Chablis. Warm midpalate fruit, dry as dust finish.
