Saturday, November 7, 2009 - Please notice that this is a quite personal note. I'm no expert neither fan of champagne wine.
Nose: A very clear green Willimas pear odor jump out of the glass followed some secondary smells of fudge and rotten grapes
Taste: Very clear pear again with grapefruit and clementine but nicely rounded due to the extremely fine bubbles which gives it a smooth creamy texture.
