Sunday, June 21, 2015 - Nice deep golden straw color with a slight syrup quality to an otherwise effervescent mouthfeel. Crisp fruit and mineral dominate with backing notes of fresh brioche. At room temperature a slight mustiness is revealed in the nose and palate. Definitely a more precise wine when served ice cold.
