Friday, July 31, 2015 - Classic Cos d'Estournel. Plenty of dark fruit and spice here. Tannins still quite firm. Many wines from 2001 are aging precociously. Not this one. Still very youthful and will need perhaps another 3 to 5 years in the cellar. One of the wines of the vintage.
