Sunday, January 24, 2016 - Honestly one of the best pinot gris I've had including CA, Italy and Alsace. Bold aromas of green apple, spice, hints of citrus zest, grape and pear. The palate matches but everything is even more prominent. A nice balance of the apple/pear/citrus/spice with just a bit of grape towards the finish. Very bold flavors with nice acidity and light mineral notes. I can't wait to see where this goes as the vines age.
