Community Tasting Note

Whine-oh Likes this wine:

Saturday, March 21, 2015 - slow to canted for about one hour before tasting. Medium Ruby with some limited breaking. Fine sediment in bottle, but not much.Some nice secondary notes on nose and palate. Some nice herbs and earthy tones to go along with the red buried fruit. No real flaws here just a very nice wine for the night. I think it's safe to drink them now. Be in soon to try one in a few years as well.
