Wednesday, February 24, 2010 - This is lovely. on the nose leather, tobacco,cedarwood and aniseed coupled with the usual phenolic and a tiny touch of mint. that may make this sound a little aggressive and robust - a far from welcoming beast, but the fire is on and the crumpets are toasting...in the mouth gentle acidity and tannin coupled with subtle fruit and a medium finish. This will last longer but why wait - it has a perfect mouth-feel and is truly sublime
