Sunday, September 27, 2015 - The aroma is quite nutty and very earthy. In the mouth the wine is lacy and there's still real vinous sweetness. It get sweeter with air and there are the usual La Tache Hoisin and soy notes. It is only just mid-weight but there's still structure and sneaky persistence.
