Sunday, January 22, 2012 - Simply brilliant stuff. Intense rancio nose, with notes of candied orange, baked apple, and brown baking spice, as well as some floral aromas. On the palate, considering the amount of alcohol, this is impressively smooth, with lots of oak, though tempered with sweet fruit flavours. Finishes incredibly long. I'm not much of a spirit drinker, but something like this may just convince me to be otherwise. Seriously impressive.
