Tuesday, April 19, 2016 - HdR Lunch #2 (Hospices du Rhone): This was very nice. Going back to it much later, it had opened nicely. Also had Pierre Gaillard's name on the label. Good cherry and dark cherry fruit. Nice balnce. Lighter wine, this was served cold and it was refreshing. Better after it warmed up a bit.
