Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Post tasting dinner at Golden Century: Orange peel, mineral, pear, light honey and spice. Well balanced sweetness, feels seamless on the palate. Has a good acid kick that moves it along with purpose and drive. Rich but also refreshing.
