Tuesday, April 28, 2009 - This has shut down like a drum. Spicy, intense, and tightly wound. Rich notes of plum and soaring violet rise above white pepper. Grippingly tannic. Tobacco, blood and meat. Mmm, this is pure with a gorgeously wound up core of spicy, Grenachey, raspberry jam. Mouth-drying tannins hang on for minutes.
