Saturday, July 20, 2013 - Right after opening at cellar temp. it had a very clear nose of wet stone and pork. after 2 hours and a few more degrees notes of cherry became up front. Drank it after 8 hours with some game from the grill. A fantastic wine! Super long finish. Layers of cherry, clove, minerals, wooden box and sweet tobacco. Strong tannins but soften up from the 8 hours uncorked.
