Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Charleston III - the Weekend; 9/18/2014-9/20/2014 (Charleston SC - various locations incl. Red Drum, Halls, Circa 1886, and Kings Courtyard Inn): We've got a bottle of this pending and I think it will be hanging out in the cellar for awhile. Decanted for maybe 30-45 minutes before pouring and even then it felt quite young. This is a great CDP - good brine, meat, cedar flavors. If I really concentrate I pick up a touch of red currant. Goes well with food (in our case a potato and mushroom hash).
