Saturday, April 22, 2006 - Restaurant bottle - Decanted for about 30 minutes, bottles consumed over 2 hours. Just a great wine that continued to improve as the night went on. Would give at least 3 hours in the decanter if the time were available. Just soft and smooth with all the proper elements. Elegant wine, with just enough fruit to let you know it's a CaliCab.
