Sunday, March 4, 2007 - Tough one to judge. The first notes were weird and hinting for an overaged white. Burnt toast with butter, walnuts and almonds mixed with an oxidized note and some oak. On the mouth it was very pleasing with a great structure, body and balance. Still showing nice acidity and very complex flavors, the finish lasts for over a minute.
