Friday, January 26, 2007 - Opened day before. First, I've got to admit, that when I'm drinking a bottle of wine for around $10, I want it to be fairly simple. Fruity, easy to drink, quaffable. That's what $10 bottles of wines are for, in my opinion. So using that theory, this is a nice bottle of wine. It's all about bright fruit, little tannins, and almost nothing else going on. Simple and fruity. Also, went terrific with some slow cooked BBQ beef ribs. This isn't a very nice syrah, but it's a nice $10 bottle of wine. 'nuff said.
