Wednesday, March 19, 2008 - Opened this on Thanksgiving and only drank half the bottle. It was still tight and tannic but showing more than on previous occassions. We left bottle open overnight. To my surprise, it was really singing the next day. The tannins had softened quite a bit and their was more apparent fruit.
