Sunday, May 1, 2011 - Commaderie dinner at Bibou. Not as expressive aromatically as I was expecting, with subtle notes of ripe black fruits, barnyard, leather and earth. Medium-bodied, with a pleasing texture, good concentration, and a focused finish. More impressive on the palate than the nose, which was a bit surprising to me.
