Sunday, July 25, 2010 - Fresh and vibrant bouquet of honeydew, lavender, lilac, and honeysuckle. Sweet melon, grapefruit and oranges full on palate; honeysuckle and white pepper delicately play on the mid. Tangy, spicy, mineral finish that hangs forever. Still very young. Brilliant!
