Saturday, September 20, 2008 - 2005 and 2006 Huet (San Francisco Wine Trading Company): Lighter yellow like the '05 Sec wines. Not giving much aromatically. A very different animal than the Le Mont Demi-Sec, this is lighter, racier, and more ethereal, with a distinct peachiness to the fruit. Its sense of weightlessness is more like a German Riesling, but it stealthily glides through your mouth and leaves a delicious, lingering finish. Terrific with outstanding potential.
