Monday, October 14, 2013 - Far better than the previous bottle last year. Looks, smell and tastes every inch a classic, traditional high level Bordeaux. Rather light color, orange bricks, getting deeper and fuller red after 30+ minutes. Medium bodied, good acidity. Red fruit, cassis and typical tertiary notes of mushrooms, earth and underwood. Very well integrated tannins and a mineral (iron, flint) character. Medium length. Very good value for money if well kept like this one.
